Our client is a non for profit charity who are the only organisation nationally to assist in funding research for one of the most imperative and important causes.

They are responsible for one of the biggest charitable events that get people talking every year, and push people past their boundaries to raise donations.

About The Role:
The Digital Campaigns and Analytics Specialist plans and executes tactical paid digital marketing campaigns across SEM, SMM, video and display to attract and convert peer-to-peer supporters.
The specialist is responsible for creating dashboards, campaign and website performance reporting and analysing campaign effectiveness to identify areas for optimisation.
The Day to Day For This Opportunity:

  • Respond to internal briefs seeking digital marketing support with recommendations and a well-developed reverse brief that outlines the campaign strategy including proposed timings, audiences, channel mix, spend and tactics to achieve the set campaign objectives.
  • Plan and execute SEM, SMM, video and display marketing campaigns
  • Build reporting dashboards, attribution models and optimise paid campaigns through experimentation and data-driven decision making.
  • Implement website event and conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager
  • Monitor and manage large campaign budgets
  • Work with Content Producers to develop and create effective ad content.
  • Report on campaign performance using platform reporting tools including Ads Manager, FB business manager, Google Analytics & Google Data Studio.
  • Implement A/B and split URL tests and continuously optimise paid campaigns.
  • Provide detailed post campaign reporting (ROI and KPI’s) with learnings and optimisations for future campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Lifecycle/Journey team to plan multichannel acquisition campaigns from data selection, timings, tactics and messaging – ensuring consistency across digital channels
  • Design, configure and monitor lead generation activities (web visitor and social) and lead conversion journeys.
A little bit about you:
  • Must be Vaccinated including booster
  • Over 2 year’s experience in a similar role or Digital Marketing Management role.
  • Digital Marketing Degree 
  • Experience managing and leading a team.
  • Strong organisational and management skills.
  • Autonomous problem-solving abilities.
  • Full Australian Drivers License
  • Have full rights to work within Australia
