The type of individual they are looking for is going to be detail orientated and creative person, with a passion/interest in product development and digital analytics. Someone who is a good team players (i.e. no big ego's) and someone who enjoys problem solving.

The ability to be able to communicate, articulate and tell a story with your findings and provide actionable insights is key. You don't need to be blowing C-level / "Head of" stakeholders away with your presentation skills just yet but this should be a goal to be working towards. 

• Experience with SQL, Python or R
• Experience with at least one of the following Digital Analytics tools - Google Analytics, Doubleclick, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target
• Knowledge working in a product development type environment 
• Experience working with Data Visualisation tools - Tableau, Power BI or similar 
• Experience with Multivariate testing or A/B Testing 
• Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders in an agile environment
