About the role
Exiting role is for a Senior Digital Account Manager within a creative/digital agency in Brisbane. The main focus is to drive digital growth, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality digital projects end-to-end. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and internal digital/creative teams — both strategic and hands-on.

Key duties
  • Lead and grow client accounts, delivering measurable digital results.
  • Act as the main point of contact, maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic digital plans and campaigns.
  • Manage digital projects end-to-end — timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, partnerships, and business growth.
  • Monitor quality, report performance, and provide insights to clients and internal teams.
Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in a digital agency or client-facing digital environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, UX/UI, SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — confident presenting to clients.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker, able to translate client goals into actionable digital plans.
  • Experienced with analytics, reporting tools, and project management software.
