As the Digital Account Director, and leading small account management team, you will be required to take the lead on several accounts, develop successful strategies and ensure that the client management follows the company’s exceptional standards.

As such, your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Developing marketing and digital strategies for clients.
• Leading and developing a team to ensure that deadlines and budgets are met, as well as ensuring that exceptional service is provided at all times.
• Be part of developing existing client relationships.
• Develop new client relationships alongside senior management.
• Use your own creative and strategic outlook to push clients and the agency to come up with new solutions and concepts.
• Ensure that internal processes are efficient and follow best practice.

  
On a normal day, you will arrange and attend meetings, follow up on current work and client relationships, present ideas and strategies, brief and lead the team.
  
They are looking for an outstanding Digital Account Director who has previous experience with managing client relationships and who has solid experience from digital or technology roles. As such, they will be looking for a person with the following skills and experience:

• Experience with – and ability to – plan and strategise at a senior level.
• Confidence in their approach to creative projects.
• Solid experience from marketing, digital or technology roles, as well as in professional relationship management.
• Excellent written skills and communication.
• Team management experience and knowledge.
• Attention to detail and budgeting experience.
• Knowledge and appreciation of creative processes – especially on a digital level.
