Just Digital People are currently working with a well-known transport business in Melbourne!
Our client is a large enterprise transport authority, and they are looking for their next Data Practice Lead! This is a truly exciting role to help create and build incredibly complex platforms used my millions of Victorians.
They are looking for a Data Practice Lead to work with a salary of up to $170K. You will be responsible for a specific application within the business using statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualisation techniques. You will deliver data to support solutions across the organisation, as well as be the point of contact to the data lake.

About you:
- Having a qualification in Computer Science, business information systems or analytical discipline is desirable
- 4 years working as a business analysis, data analysis, data modelling, data integration/ETL and data visualisation or relevant experience
- 2 years of experience using AWS and data lakes
- Knowledge of database engines such as MS SQL, Postgres, MySQL
- Knowledge of data architectures as well as Application Integration Techniques and RESTAPI concepts
- Experience using BI
- Python & SQL experience
- Ability to work in collaborative teams
- Strong interpersonal skills
