The current incumbent, is replacing himself and has given JDP the task to find his clone... which is no easy task, but we are dedicated to do it :)

About you?
You will have a strong understanding of software principles, ideally you would have been a developer (they are a Java house) but more importantly you will have the ability to lead teams. The technology division has 12 people (half of which are developers) the rest are support, test and project services - so ideally you will have experience successfully managing cross functional teams. You will also deal directly with the board, so maybe more importantly is your ability to manage up.

About them?
This company isnt looking for a rockstar, or someone to come in and change the world. They want someone who understands what their business is trying to do and to let that continue. The business has four or five key parts to it and your role will be to entail that each of these continues to run successfully.

This role is based southside. It took me about 25 minutes to drive from the city, so realistically if you live Northside you wont want this role!

The salary on offer is in the region of 160-180k+super ; personally I think this will be an amazing role for someone looking for a home for the next 10 years and certainly not a stepping stone role.
