You will be leading a major CRM integration project.

A day in the life...

• Bringing a fresh, creative and informed identity to the table, assisting in the development of the annual Marketing plan
• Work alongside brand to set the Email Marketing calendar and lead the end-to-end process around our campaign activity from strategy to execution
• Lead A/B testing across email and SMS marketing channels, leveraging insights to construct future strategies
• Managing CRM projects to increase customer experience and satisfaction
• Manage and develop a calendar of events to support KPIs and assist your team in overall event and content strategy
• Confidently be the face of all B2B communications, engagements and incentives related to the company's rewards program
• Effectively build strong, long lasting relationships with all stakeholders of the business

About you?

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role leading CRM and loyalty initiatives
• You are strong across strategy as well as hands on with campaigns
• Experience with CRM integration projects
• Stand out personality and a customer centric mindset, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• A passion for building strong relationships internally and externally, with a strong ability to consult with cross-functional teams
• Good attention to detail, ability to think strategically & a lover of problem solving
• You have strong experience with Klaviyo!
• Ideally you have experience in Beauty or Health products, but if not, then you definitely have experience in B2B environments!
