Calling all eCommerce specialists of Brisbane, this gem of a company is on the hunt for a passionate CRM Manager to join their team. Our client is looking for an experienced CRM whiz with eCommerce knowledge to develop and enhance their eComm clients customer journeys.

What you'll be doing?

• Working across multiple CRM system strategies and implementation (i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot).
• Continuously identify ways to enhance the customer experience on site and understand customer shopping behaviour.
• Own CRM platforms as a tool to drive continued growth of online sales - also setting and regularly refreshing campaigns tracking shopper journeys.
• Monitor on-site performance as well as providing localised input to SEM, SEO and PPC.
• Lead a small team of 2 indirect reports.

Your experience

• 2+ years specialist CRM experience (ideally within the eCommerce space).
• Your technical skills are sharp- You know your stuff when it comes to basic website updates, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, CMS.
• You're a creative people person who understands consumer behaviour.
• You are an expert at juggling and prioritising multiple tasks- time management is your thing! 
• You are flexible, organised, positive and a team player.
