Are you a talented Application Security Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference? If yes , then look no further! My client , a really cool Fintech here in Melbourne, is seeking an experience Application Security Engineer to join their dynamic team.
  
Please note that this is a hybrid based role where you will be needed onsite for 1-2 times a week. Please only apply if you have full working rights in Australia.
  
What You will do:

• You will be building an application security framework for the developers
• Coaching developers on secure coding techniques
• Secure code design reviews
• Penetration testing and red team activities
• Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities in software applications.

About you:

• Ideally you will have 5 years of experience in application security.
• You have implemented/built cryptographically secure systems
• Vulnerability Management
• Good knowledge in Identity , Authentication and Authorisation
• OWASP Top 10 , MITRE ATT&CK , Cyber Kill Chain etc
• Programming experience in either Java or golang (Go)
• Strong communication skills essential
• You have a passion for learning
