What the team are looking for:
- Someone with experience in a client/customer facing role, within a support or communications capacity (open to different industry backgrounds).
- Strong skills across supporting & encouraging others, strategical thinking, organisation and attention to detail.
- Soft skills of empathy, understanding and listening.
- Someone with the ability to step out of their scope at times; delivering assistance across products, marketing plans and system processes.
- Overseeing & constantly improving our member on-boarding experience.
What you will be doing:
- Daily communication across multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, Email, Phone and Zoom) with paying clients.
- Ensuring that processes are running smoothly and that issues are quickly troubleshooted.
- Creating new strategies for member engagement and support, optimising product assistance at all times.
