This role is perfect for someone socially inclined, with a skill for problem solving and a team-player mindset.

  • Someone with experience in a client/customer facing role, within a support or communications capacity (open to different industry backgrounds).
  • Strong skills across supporting & encouraging others, strategical thinking, organisation and attention to detail.
  • Soft skills of empathy, understanding and listening.
  • Someone with the ability to step out of their scope at times; delivering  assistance across products, marketing plans and system processes.
  • Overseeing & constantly improving our member on-boarding experience.
What you will be doing:
  • Daily communication across multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, Email, Phone and Zoom) with paying clients.
  • Ensuring that processes are running smoothly and that issues are quickly troubleshooted.
  • Creating new strategies for member engagement and support, optimising product assistance at all times.
