Contract Duration: 4 Months (April – End of July)
Hybrid: 3 days in the office in Melbourne 

We are seeking an experienced Workday FIN Data Conversion & Reconciliation Specialist to support a complex transformation project over the next four months.

This role requires strong Workday FIN functional expertise, with a focus on financial data migration, reconciliation, and conversion processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the team on best practices for Workday FIN data conversion and reconciliation, including:
  
  • Handling revaluation in data conversions
  • Managing consolidation journal loads
  • Addressing reversals and other key financial data considerations
• Develop and implement reconciliation frameworks, advising on:
  
  • Reconciliation scenarios and potential workarounds
  • Critical reconciliation priorities and best practices
• Manage a team of reconcilers, ensuring adherence to reconciliation cycles and project timelines.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
• Ensure alignment with Workday FIN best practices for data migration and reconciliation.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in Workday FIN functional configuration, data migration, and reconciliation.
• Deep understanding of financial data structures, consolidation processes, and reconciliation methodologies.
• Ability to develop and implement structured reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Experience leading reconciliation teams, with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strategic approach to data conversion and reconciliation challenges.
