We are currently working on an exciting hire for a UX/UI Designer for a leading Ecomm organisation, based in Brisbane with hybrid working (3 days in office ideally), paying up to $125k p/a + super.
  
As one of the UX/UI Designers you will contribute to the design of engaging functional digital experiences that focuses across online and retail. Creating features and products that benefits the customer and company.

You will work on detailed customer experience designs from inception, through to launch. Assisting with the creation of UX deliverables including scenario mapping, user journeys and workflows, information architecture, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
  
Duties –
 

• Conducting a range user research activities
• Strong knowledge of user-centred design and design thinking methodologies
• Planning and conduct UX research to seek insights into customer behaviour and needs
• Able to validate design decisions and concepts
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, prototypes and UI designs
• Liaise and present work for project initiatives with internal stakeholders
• Work with team members such as product managers, product owners and engineers to achieve required outcome
• Collaborate with other designers within the team to ensure consistent CX

  
Skillset –
  

• Over 4 years experience as a UX/UI OR Product Designer
• You will need extensive experience in mobile app design
• Ability to elevate visual design
• Stakeholder management key
• Experience with Figma / Sketch / XD or similar
• UR - qualitative and quantitative research and analysis
• Ideally some experience with a design system
• Strong skills in foundational UI design
• Knowledge of mobile platform-specific guidelines
