About the role

• Collaborate with your project team to design products and client solutions
• Participate as part of a product team, solving problems and helping shape the solution
• Work with clients / business analysts to understand business requirements and processes, and develop UI designs that meet them
• Creation of sketches, wireframes, visual designs and prototypes
• Participate in retrospectives, requirements workshops, stand-ups, sprint planning and other activities to plan, execute and improve our work
• Identify areas for automation, process improvement, mentoring and work with the whole team to design and implement them
• Join us for lunch at one of  the many cafes, restaurants and bars, have a game of pinball, talk video games, music, footy or technology or come up with a new design for one of our t-shirts
• Sit down with a colleague and review their work on a different project, offer suggestions and learn something new

About you

• Experience creating UI designs for mobile and web platforms
• Experience working with clients / business analysts to understand business requirements and processes, and develop UI designs that meet them
• Experience working for a digital agency, or similar environment 
• Extensive knowledge of Figma, including prototypes and components
• Skill in UX design is a bonus
• Skill in designing content-driven websites is a bonus although won’t be the primary focus
• Display solid knowledge of web and mobile user interface components and design principles.
