About

Looking to take control of creative workflows and be the engine behind high-impact campaigns? Our client is on the hunt for a proactive, highly organised Traffic Manager to join their energetic Creative Services team.

About the Role:
As the Traffic Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth delivery of creative projects, from initial briefing to final execution. Working across campaigns spanning print, digital, social, and email, you’ll manage the flow of work, ensure smart resource allocation, and keep timelines tight and teams aligned. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing order to creative chaos, this is the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Traffic Control: Manage the intake, prioritisation, and scheduling of creative briefs to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Workflow Mastery: Allocate tasks, balance workloads, and assign the right people to the right projects.
  • Project Oversight: Develop and monitor project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Central Liaison: Act as the key point of contact between creative, marketing, product, and sales teams.
  • Quality + Efficiency: Help streamline studio processes to improve output while maintaining creative standards.
  • Forward Planning: Forecast resource needs, coordinate with external suppliers, and stay ahead of upcoming work.
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in traffic or studio coordination, preferably within a creative or marketing agency.
  • Solid understanding of creative production workflows across design, copywriting, and video.
  • A natural organiser with razor-sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Wrike.
  • Confident communicator who can bridge the gap between creative teams and stakeholders.
  • Bonus: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Why You’ll Love It:
You’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values efficiency, creativity, and a good sense of humour. If you’re ready to lead the charge and make a real impact on how creative work gets delivered, this is your moment.
