You'll collaborate with the Platform Manager and an experienced team of technical leads and SMEs. You should have experience working at scale, setting procedures, standards, governance, working with all developers across multiple platforms, aligning platforms, and most importantly, experience in taking a platform from production to BAU stage.
  
You excel at mentoring and building hard-working teams, possess impeccable people and communication skills, a hunger to push tech forward, and deliver high-quality solutions. A problem solver, adaptable to change, with plenty of experience under your belt.
  
This is a permanent role based in Brisbane with flexible working.
  
You'll have these under your belt to be successful in this role:

• Strong experience in React/Redux
• Experience with DevOps tools
• Experience with large-scale complex technology
• Experience in technical leadership and mentoring developers
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS, application architecture, development, deployment, and security
