System Analyst (Hybrid Role)

My client is looking for a versatile, hands-on Business Analyst with QA experience to join a fast-paced product team. This is a 70/30 hybrid role — primarily focused on defining and documenting product requirements, with active involvement in manual testing to support weekly releases.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives across multiple domains — blending strong analysis skills, attention to detail, and a creative mindset.
 
 
What You'll Be Doing
 
Business Analysis (70%)
 

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather, define, and document requirements
• Write user stories, functional specifications, and edge case scenarios
• Ensure clarity and alignment across the team for every feature

 
Quality Assurance (30%)
 

• Perform manual testing (UAT, regression, user testing)
• Define test scenarios and identify issues pre-release
• Support regular release cycles with thorough validation

• Experience in business analysis and/or QA — not a beginner, but not expected to be an expert
• Strong documentation and communication skills
