Your role will be pivotal in ensuring projects start on the right foot with clear objectives and are completed on time with top-notch quality.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Way: Coordinate workflow, allocate resources, and delegate projects for their creative team.
• Be the Hub: Act as the main contact for incoming briefs and ensure they’re clear and actionable.
• Streamline Communication: Keep studio communications smooth and efficient.
• Drive Timelines: Develop and manage project timelines to ensure everything is delivered on schedule.
• Optimise Resources: Match skills to projects and ensure top-notch quality.
• Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align on project goals.
• Plan Ahead: Manage upcoming projects and resource needs, and handle supplier logistics.

What they are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, showcasing your skills in studio or traffic coordination and project management.
• Extensive knowledge in graphic design, copywriting, and video production.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks effortlessly.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Wrike. 
• Outstanding communication
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
