You’ll be overseeing the full development lifecycle, from secure design and implementation to testing, DevOps, and delivery.
The Role
In this role, you will lead a talented team of software engineers, providing both mentorship and technical direction to foster a high-performance, collaborative environment. You’ll be responsible for setting the standard for engineering excellence, championing best practices across software architecture, security frameworks such as OWASP and the Essential Eight, as well as modern DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
A core part of your role will involve designing and delivering contemporary web solutions using technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and SQL. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and a range of stakeholders to define priorities, align goals, and deliver solutions that are both technically robust and strategically aligned.
You’ll be expected to drive agile methodologies across the team, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with established quality standards and compliance requirements. In managing cloud-based environments across AWS and Azure, you’ll maintain a strong focus on performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

You’ll Need:
- 5+ years hands-on software development experience and 3+ years managing technical teams
- A proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-compliance software projects.
- Deep technical skills across modern frontend frameworks and cloud-based delivery models.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- A passion for scalable, secure software and a commitment to continuous improvement.
