Just Digital People are working with a leading SaaS partner across Australia and SEA adding to their high performing and collaborative team. The role of Software Coordination Specialist is crucial to the their continued growth plans, supporting the completion of projects, as-well as ensuring daily objectives are achieved with consistency and quality. 
  
On a day to day you will be ensuring the team of developers are engaged in the right areas, on track to achieve deadlines and maintain the expectations of the clients. As a bridge between the Sales Engineers, Consultants, Directors and Developers, you will understand the business requirements and priorities and influence the actions of the team to deliver outcomes.
  
Given the speed required for turnaround, and the complexity of the projects, you will need to bring a great deal of focus, attention to detail and precision to the table - along with the ability spin many plates. Experience managing projects and understanding operational functions within a SaaS organisation - or other software environments - will prepare you to perform this role. The ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels, both internally and externally, is paramount and will be highly regarded across the organisation.
  
You'll need to bring:

• A Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field
• A wealth of experience across Software Management/Account Management/Project Management/Operations Management
• A collaborative and communicative approach
• Experience planning sprints and managing scrum teams
• A sound knowledge of project mangement frameworks 
• The ability to identify and remove obstacles to aid in achieving team targets
• Experience working with SaaS CRM e.g Salesforce, HubSpot, Trello, Oracle etc
• Past experience and or exposure to cloud based environments
