SEO Specialist
 
Our client, a well-regarded digital marketing agency known for its expertise in search engine optimisation, content marketing, and paid media, is on the hunt for a skilled SEO Specialist to join their growing team. This is a full-time position based in Brisbane, to boost organic performance for a diverse client portfolio.

 
Your Responsibilities

• Build and roll out end-to-end SEO strategies that lift rankings, visibility, and organic traffic across client sites
• Carry out in-depth keyword research to uncover valuable opportunities and inform content direction
• Fine-tune on-page content, site architecture, and technical elements to boost search performance
• Track SEO performance metrics and turn them into clear reporting and actionable recommendations for clients
• Keep a pulse on evolving SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practice, adjusting tactics as needed
• Partner closely with content, dev, and marketing teams to deliver a joined-up digital strategy
• Support and upskill junior team members, helping grow a capable SEO function

 
What You'll Need

• 3+ years in an SEO role, with proven results to show for it
• Solid grasp of technical SEO — audits, schema, Core Web Vitals, crawl/indexation issues, and the like
• Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics platforms such as SEMrush, GA4, and Search Console
• A strategic mindset paired with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable translating data into insights and practical recommendations
• Nice-to-have: background working with eCommerce or content-heavy websites
