Just Digital People are recruiting for a boutique digital agency based in the inner south eastern suburbs, as they look to add a new Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Specialist to the team.

This eclectic agency of circa 25 headcount offer all Account Management, Content, Design, and Product services internally - allowing them to best service their portfolio of retained clients.

To help build the internal culture they operate in the office together 3 days per week, allowing you 2 days WFH when you need to knuckle down and get sh*it done.
On top of monthly social events, the business Directors also host regular professional development sessions to aid you in your career growth.

What you'll do:

• Project manage client strategy development, and monitor campaign progress in line with SLA's.
• Lead both on-page and off-page optimisation for a specific portfolio of clients.
• Technical audits of client websites.
• Monitor site rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Offer SEO insight to broader agency, maximising client utilisation. 

What you'll need:

• 2-3 years of SEO & Adwords experience (in Aus based digital agency).
• A comprehensive understanding of On-page and Off-page optimisation.
• A thorough understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and various other webmaster tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management.
• A data-driven approach to SEO & Ads analysis.
