Senior/Lead iOS Developer - Sydney
  
Just Digital People have teamed up with an exciting business who are looking for a new Senior/Lead iOS Developer.
  
You’ll be a part of a team of problem solvers who collaborate on projects and client accounts. If you enjoy learning new things and working in a collaborative environment where you can have a lot of fun, then keep reading!
  
You will gain exposure to will be in a wide range of industries & projects across… FinTech, Banking, Gov, Telco, Aviation, Retail etc. You’ll also dive into a bunch of modern/greenfield tech & projects using: VR/AR, IoT, Wearables etc.
  
Working remotely until April but still offering the same awesome vibe until they move into their brand-new office. But please note, there will be a “remote first” approach to all employees, so whatever works for your circumstance.
  
You will be doing the following:

• Drive development best practice and be able to translate needs into practical solutions
• Be proactive and persistent as you are ideally a driven person wanting to achieve the greatest results
• A strong empathetic leader who puts their team first
• You should be a good listener who communicates clearly
• Be able to take clients ideas from concepts to release in as little as a few months
• Manage a team of mobile engineers and have a hands-on approach on developing further responsibilities.

  
You will have:

• Strong experience as a Senior or Lead developer in iOS and Swift
• Have exposure to Android or React Native – bonus points!
• Previous experience in leadership and mentoring individuals
• The desire to work in a client facing position as well as the capacity to engage with stakeholders
• Knowledge of AGILE – Scrum or Kanban
• The capacity to keep up with the most recent trends and technology
