This Senior Software Engineer role sits within a Brisbane based start up - one that has been around for ~5 years and has the backing of business that has been around for decades. The company has reached significant financial milestones thanks to the partnerships they have formed with the key clients. As a disruptor in the markets they serve, their technology tackles a problem that has plagued their enterprise clients for some time. As their products integrate with more of their clients, and they continue to explore new markets, the team need another Senior Developer on board.
The CTO is looking for a second in charge for very hands on role in a small team. For the right person, the CTO will be able to offer mentoring and guidance well beyond the day to day of dev work; exposure to engaging with clients, product development, budgeting and resource mangement etc. If you have the aspiration of becoming a CTO yourself one day, this role and this mentor could offer you the scope and flexibility to explore the areas you need to cover to achieve you goal. At the same time, if you are looking to focus on technical leadership and be an individual contributor there is a space in the team for you too.

You'll need to:
- Deliver an End-to-End development process
- Identify and act on areas for improvement with code quality
- Be self directed in your approach to improvement on all fronts
- Support all areas of the development team
- 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience
- C#, .Net Core
- Strong experience with React.js
- Strong experience with AWS or Azure
- Full working rights in Australia
- Xamarin or React Native
