There is a place - not too far from where you sit right now - that is doing cool things, with friendly crowd of good eggs. They've been doing their thing for a while now, and they're been doing quite well. Objectively, what they do is both nifty and doing some good for the world. They're too humble to tell you this, so I have to say it "These people do awesome things!".

It starts like everything else; an idea, a keyboard, a whole heap of work, some like minded co-conspirators, a whole lot more work - then the success comes. They key ingredient is always the people. The right people. If you've read this far you could be the right person.

If you are the right person, you'll bring some technical prowess to the equation, along with the ability to know what needs to be done and when. Currently this is under control for their existing products, but something new is on the horizon. You'll be expected to be able to support by going deep with technical knowledge - enough so that you know the problems before they happen, or before they scale up in to a bigger problem. This kind of depth of knowledge will also come across in how you interact with the wider team - juniors and peers - not just knowing the right tools for the job, but also what went wrong to need the tools.

The team are Brisbane based and have a hybrid working environment (usually going into the office 4 days a week). You may see them out from time to time as they also love going out as a team for a lunch, drink or to meetups.
