What you will be doing

• Building AI powered products from scratch
• Designing and deploying machine learning systems using modern LLMs and AI frameworks
• Creating intelligent automation that improves complex workflows and decision making
• Developing scalable machine learning infrastructure in AWS
• Owning features end to end from experimentation through to production and monitoring
• Working closely with product and engineering teams to turn ideas into shipped features

What we are looking for

You will likely bring experience in several of the following areas

• Machine learning, data science, or AI engineering in a commercial environment
• Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain or similar
• Hands on experience with large language models such as GPT, Claude, Llama or similar foundation models
• Strong cloud experience with AWS
• Experience building production ready machine learning systems at scale
• Understanding of MLOps practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and applied problem solving
• Comfort working in fast changing environments with ambiguity and experimentation
