This Brisbane based role sits within a small, collaborative team, who need a Senior Engineer with a well rounded, yet focused experience. Working as a 2IC to the CTO, the role requires you draw on the depth of your experience in order to contribute to conversations and actions which shape the products that are being worked on. 

As an organisation, our client has an established customer base across multiple markets - with more to be explored. Their continued growth and expansion has, and will continue to, offer opportunities for a Senior Engineer to explore avenues of technical leadership and ownership of process and product. Their office is on the south side, with off street parking and hybrid flexibility.

You'll need to:

• Deliver an End-to-End development process
• Identify and act on areas for improvement with code quality
• Architect solutions based on a foundation of strong core principals
• Be comfortable to explore outside of the box approaches on new tech
• Be self directed in your approach to improvement on all fronts
• Support all areas of the development team

You'll have:

• 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience
• Robust skills and experience with C#, .Net Core
• Strong experience with React.js 
• Experience with AWS (or Azure)
• Robust understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Full working rights in Australia

Nice to have:

• Mobile development (Xamarin or React Native)
