This is a senior, hands-on DevOps role for someone who wants more than day-to-day support work. You’ll help shape how cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and security are designed and operated across a modern, data-driven SaaS platform. The focus is on building reliable, secure foundations that scale, and enabling engineering and data teams to deliver with confidence.


What you’ll be doing

• Design and operate secure, scalable Azure cloud infrastructure
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and release automation
• Embed security best practices across cloud, applications and data
• Drive infrastructure as code, automation and standardisation
• Improve observability, reliability and cost efficiency
• Support data, ML and search platforms including Databricks and Elasticsearch
• Partner with engineering teams to improve developer experience and delivery
• Lead incident response and continuous reliability improvements

What you’ll bring

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure
• Infrastructure as code and CI/CD experience
• Container and cloud compute experience
• Solid DevSecOps fundamentals across identity, secrets and network security
• Experience with monitoring, logging and alerting tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks, Elasticsearch or large-scale data platforms
• Exposure to MLOps, AI Ops or ML deployment pipelines
• Experience in SaaS or high-availability environments
• Experience with GCP AI Suite
