You will be part of a Data and AI team working closely with product and engineering to build intelligent features powered by modern machine learning and large language models.

What the role involves

• Taking ideas from early hypothesis through to production systems
• Building and deploying ML and AI features that are customer facing
• Designing experiments that prove real world impact through clear metrics and A/B testing
• Working across prototype, MVP and scaled production systems
• Partnering with product managers, engineers and designers to define the right problems to solve
• Applying modern AI approaches including transformers, recommender systems and time series modelling

What you will bring

• A track record of shipping machine learning or AI features end to end in production
• Strong experience in NLP, retrieval augmented generation, recommender systems, anomaly detection and deep learning methods
• Strong Python skills with experience in production ML frameworks and LLM tooling such as Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain or LangGraph
• Cloud experience with AWS services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, S3, ECS and Lambda
• An experimentation first mindset including offline evaluation, A/B testing, model monitoring, drift detection and telemetry linked to business outcomes
• Solid data engineering skills including SQL, NoSQL or vector databases, streaming systems and data quality practices
• Understanding of responsible AI principles, including security, privacy and compliance considerations
