We are currently working on an exciting hire for a Senior Account Manager for a leading creative agency, based in Brisbane up $110k p/a + super (with bonuses dependent on performance). Please note the client is flexible but ideally looking for candidates in the office 4 days p/wk.
  
As an Account Manager you will partner with recognised brands to make an impact on their growth through strategic roadmapping and delivery.
  
This will be the perfect role for an AM/SAM who wants to make a real impact on the client and their career.
  
Skillset –
 

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts to drive growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Be accountable for all client activity including scopes, tasks and projects.
• Define client outcomes and work collaboratively with the team to oversee the delivery of tasks.
• Solve problems creatively, whilst thinking outside the box.
• Maintain a client roadmap, presenting opportunities to improve business inefficiencies.

  
Skillset –  

• 3 years minimum in a similar account management role in the digital space.
• Able to work in an agile environment
• Organisational skills are key to the role
• Build great relationships, are a great communicator and enjoy solving problems.
• Process driven, with strong planning and organisation skills.
• Experience with ecom growth mindset
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear outcomes.
