About
We are seeking an IT System Security Specialist to join a dynamic team working on cutting-edge projects. This role involves providing expert advice and guidance on IT system security issues and requires collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.

- Oversee and enhance ICT system security activities.
- Secure an Authority to Operate (ATO) for systems.
- Create and manage a System Security Plan (SSP).
- Evaluate compliance with ICT security requirements.
- Lead the implementation and adherence to security operations procedures and review information systems for potential security controls to meet ATO standards.
- Collaborate with ICT engineers and security professionals in developing and approving Concept of Operations, SSPs, and Executive Briefs.
- Proven experience in ICT security with expertise in Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Advanced knowledge of ICT security threat and risk assessments and the ability to recommend effective mitigation or remediation strategies.
- Proficiency in creating complex technical documentation.
- Formal training or professional certification (e.g., IRAP Assessors).
- Candidates must hold an AGSVA TSPV clearance. Please note that security clearance sponsorship is not available.
- Candidates must be prepared to undergo an Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA) before engagement.
