As we kick off 2024 JDP are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Recruitment Consultant for a warm desk focusing on our Brisbane clients.

The Brisbane Digital Marketing space is busier than ever & with our reputation to deliver continuing to grow - we’re beautifully chaotic & extremely busy. As a result, we’re in need for a Consultant to focus on the Digital Marketing sector and work with our team to kick some serious goals! Think: CIA level people-finding skills.
  
Experience in marketing recruitment is not mandatory – It’s more about the mindset and current (recruitment) ability, plus the understanding of how to harness a successful desk - Essentially, remaining proactive in your approach to market, whilst ensuring repeat custom across both client and candidates alike.

We’re ethically aligned to the market that see’s us deliver to a solid portfolio of clients, and constantly bolster this portfolio as our footprint expands across Australia and beyond.
  
It's possible you’re currently in one of the below situations:

• Currently working for a corporate and not enjoying your desk (*accountancy, support, legal, IT, other), and you will have noticed that the digital world is where you want to be
• You are working on a digital/IT desk, but your company just does not "get it"... and yes there are a few of these!
• You’re in an internal recruitment role, and you want to either jump back into agency-side (or) want to understand more about the mechanics of agency-side plus the perks associated. I understand the market is contracting, and this may be more applicable now than historically...

What we really want from you is:

• An individual who can deliver to an array of diverse clients
• The ability to have fun - don't take yourself too seriously
• Drive! The ability to put the previous day behind you and remain focussed. Tenacity is required and then some!
• Someone/people who can affectively self-manage. We’re not a KPI-type organisation
