Experienced and organized Digital Project Manager (5 years prior experience) to lead digital marketing projects from inception to successful completion.

• Lead and manage digital marketing projects from conception to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and digital marketing specialists, to ensure effective project execution.
• Define project scope, objectives, and requirements, and develop detailed project plans.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues that may arise.
• Manage client communication and relationships, providing regular project updates and addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure quality control and maintain project standards by conducting regular project reviews and testing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices, providing strategic guidance to the team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and methodologies.
