We are currently working on a PRODUCT MANAGER role within a Digital Government agency based in Sydney OR Brisbane with a Hybrid working way (with 1-2 days in office) for an initial 12 month contract with confirmed extensions.
  
Day rate is subject to experience but around $700-$1,100 p/d + Super
  
As the Product Manager, you will drive the development and enhancement of the updated platform to better serve government and users. Your responsibilities include defining and maintaining a product strategy aligned with the Digital strategic vision, ensuring user satisfaction and customer value, and managing the organisation’s product and services portfolio.
  
You will prioritise product requirements, design enhancements by market & user research, and manage the product lifecycle to align with customer needs. Additionally, you will develop a product lifecycle management framework, advocate for product management best practices, and drive the creation of new products and services to uncover growth opportunities
  
Please note you need to be in a position to obtain a Baseline Security clearance (be an Australian citizen or have clearance already).
  
Role –
  

• Develop & maintain a product strategy​ 
• Ensure the marketplace product is meeting and aligns with Digital strategic vision
• Oversee the organisation’s product and services portfolio and the delivery of customer value
• Prioritises product requirements with the current need to design the enhancements of the marketplace from the knowledge of the existing marketplace, develops product roadmaps and owns the product backlog.
• Analyse market and/or user research feedback
• Creates the product life cycle management framework for internal and external customers
• Initiate the creation of new products and services.

  
Skillset –
  

• Over 3 years experience as a Product Manager
• Ability to develop and maintain product strategy
• Must have recent government experience
• Able to build productive strategic relationships with key stakeholders
• Create a strategic vision for a digital product
• Utilise market and user research in work
• Knowledge of platforms highly desired

  

• ServiceNow platform experience extremely desired
