Are you a software architect with a passion for driving transformative change? Just Digital People have partnered with an enterprise powerhouse in Brisbane looking to add to their growing team. They are seeking an experienced architect to join their team. This is a key position responsible for spearheading the architectural transformation of their core platform and product capabilities.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic architectural transformation initiatives. Define and maintain the approach for key architectural programs to evolve their enterprise architecture.
• Develop high-level designs and transitional plans to achieve target state architectures. Work collaboratively to execute these plans across various teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance, including direct involvement in coding and development when necessary.
• Develop and deliver training and enablement materials to enhance technical skills and capabilities within the team. 
• The ability to support end-to-end from architecture to delivery. 

About You

• 10+ years in the IT industry, with at least 3 years in an architectural role. Proven experience in leading or contributing to large-scale programs, including applications, integrations, infrastructure, cloud, and network architectures.
• Expertise in architecting complex services using AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical implementation and commercial considerations.
• Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and lead technical teams. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with experience in presentation, consultation, and negotiation.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (TOGAF certification is a plus). Ability to translate technical issues and solutions into clear communication for diverse stakeholders. Experience working in Microsoft environments is highly desirable.
