Just Digital People are working with a leading SaaS partner across Australia and SEA adding to their high performing and collaborative team. The role of Presales Engineer is crucial to the their continued growth plans, converting leads into viable opportunities for the Development team to deliver on. 

The role requires lateral thinking to create bespoke solutions for their clients needs. In a competitive landscape this organisation focus on creativity, effective solutions and customer service, in order to create and build on, healthy long term client relations.

Ideally you will have had exposure to some form of SaaS CRM e.g Salesforce, Zoho,, M365/D365 or HubSpot. Your knowledge of software will need to be intuitive, and your ability to continue learning and adapting should be equally as native. Similarly, this role will require a natural communicator who can listen, interpret and respond in a way that connects equally externally as it does internally. Working with the sales team this role is responsible for designs, client demos and developing proposals that lead to sales. 
You'll need to bring:
  • Proven experience in a similar sales role
  • A sound knowledge of SaaS CRMs e.g Salesforce, Zoho,, M365/D365 or HubSpot
  • A technical mind and digital bloodstream
  • Commendable communication skills
  • Out of the box thinking and a desire to solve the unsolvable
  • Impeccable presentation and design skills
  • Confidence in verbal and written presentations
