I am currently working with a Property PR organisation who are looking for a PR & Comms Specialist in Sydney paying up to $140K + Super to join a team of experienced communications professionals that are recognised for an impressive client roster and the passion they bring to the work they do.
They are seeking a PR & Comms Consultant with the relevant PR/Comms/Journalism background and outstanding communication. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in media relations and possess comprehensive expertise in all areas of social media.
You should be adept to creating engaging, clever, and creative content.

Key Duties
- Creating a variety of communication materials, such as media releases, project fact sheets, social media content, reports, media pitches, event concepts, EDMs/newsletters, and marketing collateral
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key journalists and editors to achieve exceptional results for clients.
- Successfully pitch stories to the media for coverage.
- Developing new business proposals and contributing to pitches for potential clients.
- Managing client accounts, preparing media coverage and social media reports, and handling meeting minutes/agendas.
- Participating in regular client meetings.
Skillset
- 5+ years of professional experience in PR.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Strong network within the general media and national property media.
- Presentation skillset
- Highly desired with experience in Sydney's property industry.
- In-depth knowledge of social media with hands-on experience.
- Key attention to detail.
- A collaborative, positive attitude, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- A degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Journalism or relevant working experience
- Able to multitask across multiple client accounts.
