A digital marketing agency is experiencing an exciting restructure within their team and as part of this growth, they're actively hiring a PPC Lead.
We're seeking an experienced PPC specialist to lead their paid advertising team across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, META, and LinkedIn. This role involves managing campaigns for their entire suite of clients, including top-tier accounts.
The ideal candidate can hit the ground running, managing campaigns for their diverse client base. You should be comfortable in client-facing roles, able to articulate complex PPC strategies clearly, and thrive in their dynamic agency environment. Your expertise will be crucial as they continue to grow their digital marketing product, which currently accounts for 75% of their business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute PPC strategies across various platforms
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and META
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction
- Attend client meetings to explain PPC processes and strategies
- Potential to lead and manage a team (depending on experience level)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications are highly desirable
- A specialist in PPC, but also a solid understanding of other Digital Marketing Specialties (e.g SEO, CRO) and a willingness to continuously keep your knowledge up to date.
- Ability to work across several projects at a time.
- Reliability, discipline, and accountability to the rest of the team
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and paid search tools.
- Proven experience as a PPC specialist, preferably in an agency setting
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, META, and LinkedIn advertising platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to explain complex PPC concepts to clients clearly and confidently
- Full-time, permanent position
- Flexible 38-hour work week
- Option for 10-hour work days (9-day fortnight)
- Team-wide in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Work from home available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
