About the Role: As a Performance Executive, you’ll be hands-on with Google Search & Paid Social. You’ll create and optimize performance-driven campaigns while delivering weekly reports and helping shape quarterly planning sessions. This role offers fantastic growth potential into Paid Social.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on Google Search.
• Collaborate with the team to execute bidding strategies and campaign optimizations.
• Provide weekly performance updates and support quarterly campaign planning sessions.
• Learn and grow into Paid Social.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of agency or client-side experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Google Ads is most important, Paid Social would be a bonus!
