- 2-4 years in a digital agency, working hands-on with Google Ads.
- A focus on results, with attention to metrics like CTR, ROAS, and CPA.
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and eagerness to make an impact.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
