Job Opportunity: Software Developer
 
About the Role:
 
We are looking for a highly motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute both as an individual and as part of a team to client engagement projects. Reporting to an engagement director or partner, you will be responsible for developing key deliverables, leading specific project initiatives, and acting as a subject matter expert in consulting projects. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, problem structuring, optimizing client processes, developing go-to-market strategies, and managing change processes.
 
What You Will Do:

• Identify and analyze key issues, offering recommendations to resolve client challenges.
• Assess computing needs, system weaknesses, and requirements by working closely with users, technicians, vendors, and management.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities and value creation solutions tailored to their needs.
• Develop software solutions using modern technologies (e.g., .NET Core, React, Azure) to address client needs.
• Maintain alignment with core company values in all your work.
• Ensure that process discipline is followed, particularly with client information, knowledge management, and related areas.
• Design strategies, plans, and process models to ensure the successful achievement of client goals, including developing communications, KPIs, training materials, and more.
• Produce high-quality work, including code and documentation.
• Assist in coordinating project communication, including written reports and presentations to management.
• Perform engagement activities to identify issues, analyze evidence, and document business processes.

What You Bring:

• At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Up-to-date knowledge of technological advancements.
• Proficiency with database languages.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills.
• An analytical mindset with solid time management and organizational skills.
• Extensive experience with the following technologies:
  • Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and associated services.
  • C#, React or Angular, and Microservices Architecture.
  • Other technologies such as Azure DevOps.
