A rare opportunity has landed on our desk. We're working exclusively with a well-established, high-growth organisation operating across multiple international markets to find their first ever dedicated MarTech Lead.
This is a newly created role - it exists because the business has grown to a point where marketing technology deserves its own strategic owner.
THE ROLE
As MarTech Lead you'll take full ownership of the marketing technology function. That means governing the stack, managing the vendors, defining how platforms connect and integrate, and proving to the business that every dollar spent on technology is delivering a return. You'll work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, data and engineering, presenting outcomes directly to the most senior marketing stakeholder in the business. Senior individual contributor — no team to manage, but plenty of accountability.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Location: Brisbane CBD. In-office: 5 days per week initially, transitioning to approximately 3 days - please only apply if you are comfortable with this.
Salary: 160k-$190k depending on experience

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Global MarTech roadmap and stack governance across multiple brands and markets.
- Quarterly stack audits covering performance, utilisation, redundancy and ROI. Vendor evaluation, contract management and commercial negotiations across a significant platform portfolio.
- Integration strategy - defining requirements for data and engineering teams to execute.
- Adoption and enablement frameworks across global marketing teams. Executive-level ROI reporting and optimisation recommendations
- 8–10+ years in marketing technology, marketing operations or digital marketing strategy.
- Proven ownership of a MarTech stack in a B2B environment - strategic governance, not just tool usage.
- Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience — this is essential.
- Vendor contract and procurement management across multiple platforms. Ability to define integration requirements and work cross-functionally with data and engineering teams.
- Commercial accountability - CPL, MQL, SQL, CAC and attribution.
- Brisbane-based or genuinely open to relocating.
