The Role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role involves managing both digital and traditional marketing initiatives, supporting local and national campaigns (LAM), and ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels.
  
This position works closely with internal teams, managing a team of 4 marketing executives, external vendors, and regional stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives and improve the overall customer experience.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute local marketing (LAM) initiatives to support customer acquisition and community outreach.
  • Oversee national campaign rollouts, coordinating resources and timelines.
  • Create and manage content for websites, social media, email, and other platforms.
  • Draft and edit marketing communications such as blog posts, newsletters, and social media copy.
  • Analyse marketing campaign data to track performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Ensure compliance with relevant marketing regulations and internal policies.
  • Support CRM and marketing automation workflows to optimize audience engagement.
  • Coordinate marketing aspects of onboarding for new locations, services, or brands.
  • Track budgets, manage vendor invoices, and maintain cost-efficiency in marketing spend.
  • Produce marketing materials, branded assets, and promotional items
  • Update and manage marketing platforms and ensure content accessibility.
  • Collaborate with local teams to tailor marketing strategies to specific market needs.
  • Liaise with designers and creative teams to ensure accurate and effective visual branding.
  • Identify opportunities for marketing improvement and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Assist with events, sponsorships, and promotional campaigns.
  
Experience & Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within multi-site or multi-brand environments.
  • Background in consumer services, healthcare, or related industries is advantageous but not required.
  • Proven ability to manage both local and national campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, including content creation and CRM/email strategies.
  • Experience using data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with marketing compliance standards and industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, CMS platforms, Canva).
