This role sits within a high-performing marketing team and will focus on delivering integrated campaigns across brand and acquisition, working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
What you’ll be doing
- Own end-to-end campaign delivery, from idea through to execution
- Develop campaign concepts, offers and customer journeys
- Write clear briefs for creative, media and PR teams
- Manage timelines and coordinate delivery across multiple channels
- Work closely with agencies and internal teams to bring campaigns to life
- Ensure all campaign assets meet brand and compliance standards
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance alongside paid media teams
- Deliver post-campaign analysis with insights and recommendations
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and campaign efficiency
- Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns (agency or client-side)
- Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns at once
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience briefing creative and working with media/agency partners
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around timelines and QA
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Experience working across both brand and performance marketing
- Exposure to regulated industries or complex approval processes
- Experience working with cross-functional or global teams
