Just Digital People are partnering with an awesome digital energy management business to find a new Marketing Automation Specialist.

You will be responsible for uplifting the marketing automation for two key divisions through customer lifecycle and engagement through Hubspot.

What we are looking for:

• Ability to create lifecycle workflows using customer insights 
• Experience enhancing customer journeys through data analysis and business strategies
• Identify key customer experiences through string understandings of customer touch points 
• Deliver continual testing and improvement strategies 
• Experience using Hubspot 

Who You Are

You’re detail-oriented, process-driven, and thrive in a fast-moving environment. You know how to manage your time effectively and are comfortable juggling multiple projects. You’ve worked in digital marketing and understand email marketing, customer journeys, and the metrics behind successful campaigns.

Skills & Experience

• Degree in marketing or equivalent experience in the field.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar).
• Solid understanding of email performance metrics and privacy trends (e.g., Apple privacy updates).
• Proven ability to build and deliver customer journeys.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
