About the Role
As the Marketing Automation Specialist, you’ll design and deliver seamless lifecycle journeys and marketing campaigns. Whether you're building engaging emails, mapping customer journeys, or diving into performance metrics, you’ll ensure every project is executed with precision and creativity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Customer Journey & Campaign Building:
- Develop, execute, and optimise campaigns that connect with audiences.
- Build journeys and emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or tools like Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
- Lead quality assurance (QA) for emails, data, and journeys—nothing goes out unchecked!
- Process Management:
- Stay on top of multiple builds simultaneously (typically 3–4 at a time).
- Utilise tools like Asana to manage tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Data & Insights:
- Analyse key metrics such as CTR and open rates to refine campaign performance.
- Present actionable insights to the team for continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience
- Degree in marketing or equivalent experience in the field.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar).
- Solid understanding of email performance metrics and privacy trends (e.g., Apple privacy updates).
- Proven ability to build and deliver customer journeys.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexible hybrid work model after onboarding (3 days in office, 2 WFH).
