We’re partnering with an Australian technology company building a data driven platform used by a large and rapidly growing community operating beyond traditional coverage areas, where reliable information and well designed software genuinely matter. 

As the platform enters its next phase of growth, they are building a new advertising and data delivery engine. This will become a core capability designed to function seamlessly both online and offline.

They are looking for a senior engineer to take ownership of it.
The Role This is a hands on Senior or Lead engineering position focused on designing and delivering a new backend system from the ground up.

You will:

• Architect and develop a scalable advertising engine using .NET
• Design systems that continue operating offline with intelligent cloud synchronisation
• Work closely with the team to shape solutions from concept through to production
• Own technical direction, architecture, and code quality
• Solve practical distributed systems challenges in a fast moving environment

This is not maintenance work. You will be building a core platform capability from day one. Tech Environment:

• .NET / C#
• Azure
• Kubernetes
• Distributed backend systems
• Data synchronisation and analytics challenges
• Experience with mapping, geospatial, or telemetry data is advantageous but not essential
