We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to support the CRM & Billing transformation project, focusing on the adoption of Salesforce. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning content using Articulate Rise to ensure smooth adoption of the new systems and processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement training materials using Articulate Rise for the Salesforce CRM and billing system transformation.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate complex system changes into easy-to-understand, interactive training content.
• Develop a variety of learning assets, including eLearning modules, user guides, job aids, and video tutorials.
• Conduct needs analysis to tailor training materials to different user groups, ensuring all content is user-centric and accessible.
• Facilitate workshops or virtual training sessions to support end-users in effectively adopting the new system.
• Evaluate and refine training content based on feedback and learning outcomes to improve effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, particularly within Salesforce CRM or billing system transformations.
• Hands-on experience using Articulate Rise to create interactive, engaging learning modules.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A relevant qualification or certification in Instructional Design or Learning & Development is preferred.
