• Exceptional Communicator: Ability to mentor, inspire, and align cross-functional teams while managing change and driving technical excellence.
• Hands-On Experience: Expertise in overseeing complex technical transformations, delivering high-quality outcomes, and navigating customer-facing challenges.
• Melbourne-based: Flexibility for 1-2 days per week in the office, with occasional travel.
