The business has built a strong reputation within the payments space through its customer-first approach, strong delivery capability, and flexible product offering across integrated payments, recurring billing, and online transaction solutions.
Due to continued growth, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, drive new client acquisition, and help build a high-performing commercial function.

This is a hands-on “player coach” role suited to someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and still enjoys being actively involved in winning new business.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor a growing sales function focused on payments and transaction solutions.
- Drive new business acquisition across multiple markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound activity, partnerships, networking, and lead management.
- Work closely with leadership to improve sales processes, conversion strategy, and market positioning.
- Deliver compelling client presentations, proposals, and commercial solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasting metrics.
- Stay close to market trends, competitor activity, and emerging payment technologies.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience within payments, merchant services, or transaction-based technology environments.
- FPOS and online/card-not-present payments sales (ideal)
- Strong track record in new business development and revenue growth.
- Experience leading or mentoring sales teams in high-performance environments.
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation and relationship-building capability.
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on, high-autonomy role.
- Strong understanding of payment solutions, transaction environments, or recurring billing models is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
