About the role
We’re looking for a commercially minded marketing leader to shape and deliver digital growth programs that make a real impact. In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end demand generation across global markets, bringing together data-driven strategy, creative execution and regional nuance. You’ll work across multiple brands, guiding local teams and aligning efforts with broader business goals. From leading a high-performing team of digital specialists to optimising performance across paid channels, SEO, automation and conversion. Your focus will be on driving results that matter. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where digital performance, innovation and scalability are at the core of everything you do.
  
What you will bring
  • 10+ years in B2B demand generation or digital marketing, ideally in service or tech-service businesses
  • 5+ years in a senior marketing role, preferably within multi-brand and shared services environments
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Skilled in paid media, lead nurturing, automation tools and performance analytics
  • Experienced working across global teams, time zones and cultures to drive success
  • Strong knowledge of B2B funnels, sales alignment, lead scoring and lifecycle marketing
  • Commercial mindset with proven pipeline ownership and marketing ROI tracking
  • Clear, confident communicator and strong cross-functional collaborator
  • Focused on flawless campaign delivery and platform optimisation
  • Sets clear goals and KPIs to drive high team performance
  • Experienced leader of regional teams across paid media, automation, and digital execution

  • Build and lead scalable demand gen strategies aligned to business goals
  • Oversee digital campaigns across paid, social, and search channels
  • Guide multi-brand, multi-market execution with consistency and impact
  • Optimise paid media for lead generation and ROI
  • Improve website journeys and drive CRO initiatives
  • Lead marketing automation and nurture programs across the funnel
  • Align closely with sales to define lead stages and campaign handovers
  • Own reporting, dashboards, and attribution
  • Support SEO and organic growth strategies
  • Act as a centre of excellence-sharing insights and best practices globally
